Contest Rules

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: All VIP members are eligible to enter. Simply login to your membership page and click on the contest button. At the end of the contest one (1) entry will be drawned from the pool of names eligible to win and that one person will be notified that he or she have won the current contest. The winning of the contest is based on a drawing. Clean Motorcycle reserves the right to cancel any contest and not award any prize or prizes in the event that in its judgement unforeseen developments warrant cancellation. By entering, participant agrees to all rules of contest.

WINNING: Winner will be selcted in a random drawing from all eligible entries recieved by the deadline dates. Clean Motorcycle reserves the right to change the deadline date for any reason. The winner of the contest drawing will be notified via their email address with the announcement: “YOU ARE THE WINNER" of the current contest. Winners must respond via e-mail to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within 90 days will be forfeited. Limit one prize winner per contest. The contest winner award will be sent out in one shipment. The value of contests prizes will vary depending on the prizes chosen by Clean Motorcycle. Clean Motorcycle makes no claims and disclaims all warranties, guarantees or representations, express or implied, concerning the condition, quality, merchantability, of any prize. Contest participants, by entering, release Clean Motorcycle, its employees, and its agents from any liability with respect to the receipt or use of any awarded prize. Prizes are not redeemable for cash of transferable. All taxes on the prizes, including but not limited to federal, state and local income and sales taxes, and any expense not covered herein (including but not limited to expenses related to the use of the prize) are the resposibility of the winners. Clean Motorcycle is not responsible for any injuries or damages from receipt or use of any awards.

Clean Motorcycle will make every reasonable attempt to deliver the award. After three failed attempts to deliver award to winner or winner refuses to accept award, an alternate winner will be drawn.

All legitimate members are eligible to enter and win. Void whenever prohibited by or restricted by law.

LIMITATIONS: Limit one entry per member and per contest. All claims subject to verification. Material submitted becomes property of Clean Motorcycle and will not be returned. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter and claim the prize.

If, due to a printing, production, e-mail, or other error, more winning of prizes are awarded or distributed, or more prizes are claimed/redeemed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize. In no event will Clean Motorcycle be obligated to award more than the maximum amount of prize or prizes than intended.

If your name is not drawn and you are not notified that you are a winner of the current contest, you are not eligible to claim a prize.

If your country of residency does not allow the import of products you wish to receive, you are not eligible to claim a prize.

Contest drawing is open to all members of Clean Motorcycle website except employees of CLean Motorcycle, participating retailers, their respective parental companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, wholesalers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of winner/offer recipient. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No transfer/substitution of prize by winner permitted.

In order to receive prize, winner must execute Prize Acceptance and Release which constitutes permission to CleanMotorcyle, its agencies, promotional partners and participating retailers to use recipient’s name/likeness for advertising/trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

CleanMotorcycle reserves the right to substitute prize/offer of equal/greater value. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Clean Motorcycle.

INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage due or misdirected mail/claims, or for faulty, incorrect or mis-transcribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion. Clean Motorcyle reserves the right to cancel or modify the online entry if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest or program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problems occur.

Important Points:

Contest winner is decided by a drawing. The winner will be chosen by a computerized drawing. One winner per drawing.
As part of some contests, viewers may be able (but not required) to rate the bikes entered on a 1 to 5 scale rating. Ratings will be displayed, but are for entertainment purposes (and Clean Motorcycle’s feed back for future contests and site interaction) and will not play any part in the winning of the drawings.
We reserve the right to change the prize for any reason.
Only Clean Motorcycle members are eligible to enter. You must be a member to enter.
Members enter a total of 6 photos.
One entry per member.
In order to receive the prize all entries must agree to acceptance of prize if they are the winner and release permission to use name and likeness for advertising and trade without further compensation.
Clean Motorcycle is not responsible for any late or incomplete entries.
Contest may only be entered through Clean Motorcycle website. No other method of entry will be accepted.
End dates of contest may change.
Winner will be notified by email and/or phone and may be asked to prove identity.
Odds of winning depend upon number of entries.
If forfeit of prize for any reason an alternate winner will be drawn. If you agree to the rules and policies of the contest continue with your submission. If you do not agree to the rules and policies please cancel now.
