No material that is considered offensive or obscene is permitted on site.
Members shall provide legitimate contact information and shall not misrepresent or conceal their identity.
Members shall always maintain a valid email address.
No copyrighted material is permitted.
Members are responsible for any material they display on website.
Clean Motorcycle reserve the right to delete any material that site viewers or clean motorcycle deems offensive.
No material that is pornographic or sexually explicit is permitted. No adult content is to be loaded or displayed on website.
No material that features graphic violence is permitted.
Any misuse of Clean Motorcycle website is subject to suspension or cancellation of membership.
No gang, unlawful activity or ties to these activities is permitted. Any of these activities are subject to indefinite suspension.
No material that will violate any state or federal law is permitted. No unlawful material is permitted.
Clean motorcycle does not give refunds of membership fee.
No (direct) advertising is permitted on members accounts including contact information, selling, and pricing.
No material can contain any hate speech or signs, including verbal attacks based on gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, disability or nationality.
Clean Motorcycle does review much of the content submitted, but also relies on viewers to police any content which may violate rules. Viewers please email Clean Motorcycle on any content that may be in violation. Violators are subject to suspension policies.
No material that reveals other users personal information is permitted.
Clean Motorcycle reserves the right to delete any content for any reason.
Violation of any of these rules and policies may result in a range of actions, including limitations on account privileges, account cancellation or suspension.

The Clean Motorcycle name is copyrighted. We do not permit the use of the Clean Motorcycle name by third parties unless they have written license agreement with Clean Motorcycle. Use of Clean Motorcycle name without permission from Clean Motorcycle is not permitted without written authorization from Clean Motorcycle. There are certain names, phrases, words, designs, and logos used on this site that are trade marks, service marks, or trade names. The display of these marks and names do not give permission for any other use and does not grant a license for any other use.
